Customer Support Representative (CSR) – Sachse, TX
Type: $14-19/HR
Location: Sachse, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

A Day in the Life
This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role where your work directly impacts company growth.
Here’s what you’ll be doing daily:
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and customer inquiries
- Schedule customers efficiently on technician routes
- Provide pricing over the phone (when applicable)
- Follow up with leads and unscheduled estimates
- Take detailed messages for management and technicians
- Respond to customers quickly and professionally across platforms
- Keep systems updated and organized
- Help ensure no lead gets missed and every customer feels prioritized
This role requires speed, attention to detail, and strong communication.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For)
We need someone who can handle conversations confidently and keep things moving.
Must-Have:
- Experience talking with customers on the phone
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Outgoing personality and positive attitude

- Experience as a CSR in home service industries:

Compensation:
- $14–$19/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- In-office position (Sachse, TX)

Important:
- 90-day probationary period before benefits fully kick in
- PTO policy is the same structure as our technician team
